So, a coworker, hearing me preach the gospel of the Rope, pointed me at ringside.com wherein I found the Jump Rope MatI am now considering the relative merits of this versus my yoga mat I use when working out at home.  It looks a lot smoother and one of the problems I've had with the mat recently is that it is sticky enough to make "speed" too slow ( Read more... )

Really, I should have waited and made this entry tomorrow.  Tomorrow, Dr. Riley is going to spray some kind of topical numbing type thing up my nostrils and then run a fiber optic camera into my sinuses and down my throat.  This is to have a look at what is or is not obstructing my breathing, to the extent it is obstructed, when I am sleeping.  ( Read more... )
